Register your contact details online with the National Contact Register (N.C.R.)

You can sign in to this service using your personal TAXISnet credentials.

First, provide your mobile phone number. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify the details your provided.

Next, you must confirm ownership of your mobile phone number through a credit institution or the mobile network operator of your choice.

If this is not possible, remote identification (Digital Onboarding) is available, provided you meet one of the following conditions:

  • Are over 65 years old,
  • Are registered in the e-EFKA disability register,
  • Are a resident of a Greek island, or
  • Are a resident abroad,

and you hold a specific type of identification document.

Note: The Digital Onboarding service is only available in Greek.

Alternatively, you can verify your mobile phone number in person, at a Citizens’ Service Center (KEP) or at a Consular Authority if you reside abroad.

Once you have completed this step, you will need to provide your additional contact details. You will then receive:

  • a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to confirm that your contact details have been submitted, and
  • a confirmation link will be sent to your email address to verify your email.

Submitting and updating your contact details in the N.C.R. constitutes a formal declaration under Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A’ 75) regarding the accuracy and validity of the information you submit or update.

If your contact details change, you must update the N.C.R. within thirty (30) calendar days.

All updates to your contact details are kept in the N.C.R. as a record of changes for a period of seven (7) years.
