Know Your Customer (eGov-KYC)
The "Know Your Customer" (KYC) service provides citizens with a digital alternative to submitting supporting documents to a bank and other financial institutions, for the purpose of identity and personal information verification (and update), in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
The data are retrieved directly from the State’s primary information systems and are not stored in the eGov-KYC service. Access to this data is granted only with your prior explicit consent.
The service can be accessed through the banks’ e-banking system.
